SHIPPING POLICY

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with AC For Tech. All our products are made to order using our print-on-demand fulfilment partner. Because of this, our policy differs from traditional retail. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Faulty, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or misprinted, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

  • You must notify us within 30 days of delivery using our Get in Touch form on the website.

  • Provide your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue.

  • In most cases, you will not need to return the item. Issues are resolved using photographic evidence.

  • These rights are in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Lost in Transit

  • If your order has not arrived, please contact us via the Get in Touch form within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Once confirmed as lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.

3. Wrong or Insufficient Address

  • If you provide an address that is incorrect or considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the fulfilment facility.

  • Once you confirm the correct address, we can reship your order, but reshipping costs are your responsibility.

4. Unclaimed Parcels

  • If a shipment goes unclaimed, it is returned to the fulfilment facility.

  • You are responsible for any reshipping costs.

  • Unclaimed returns not reshipped within 30 days may be donated to charity without refund.

5. Hygiene-Sensitive Products

  • For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed goods (e.g. face masks) once opened.

  • Any such items returned will be safely disposed of and no refund issued.

6. Change of Mind, Size, or Colour

  • All products are made to order and fall under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • This means the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply.

  • We therefore do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect size

    • Incorrect colour selection
      Please check product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before ordering.

7. Exchanges

  • We do not offer standard exchanges.

  • If you receive a mislabelled item (e.g. wrong size or colour sent), contact us within 7 days of delivery through the Get in Touch form. Provide your order number and photos.

  • We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund.

8. Refunds

Refunds are only issued when:

  • An item is faulty, damaged, or misprinted.

  • An order is lost in transit.

  • A mislabelling error has been confirmed.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once your claim is approved.

9. Returns Authorisation

  • Do not send items directly back to us or to our fulfilment partner without prior authorisation.

  • Many issues are resolved without requiring a return.

  • If a return is required, we will provide you with the correct return instructions.

  • Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

10. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
